1. Scope of these terms

These terms explain use of the current website and the limits of its information. They are not a paid membership agreement or permission to use another person's account or data. The separate local owner application is described below; it is not accessible through this site.

We may revise the pages as development progresses. The date above identifies this version. Changes to a future customer service will need terms appropriate to the service offered at that time.

2. Information and human judgement

Joe 90 is being developed to help people question suspicious messages and identify what to verify next. The prepared plugin's message-signal checker uses fixed, mainly English-language patterns. It can miss harmful messages and flag legitimate ones; it does not verify a sender, open links or deliver a definitive fraud or safety verdict. This checker is not available through the public website.

Website descriptions and generated assistance are not a security guarantee or regulated professional advice. Check consequential requests using a known, independent contact route. Keep decisions about money, credentials, publishing and changes to access under human control. Nothing here limits rights or protections that applicable law gives you.

3. Responsible use

Do not interfere with this website, bypass access controls or use Joe's name or content to mislead others. Share only evidence you are authorised to provide. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, payment-card information or unnecessary confidential material to the public contact.

Links to provider and regulator information are offered as references. Those organisations control their own pages and services.

4. The separate local owner application

The owner's local Joe 90 application has tested voice, captions, Agents API interactions and bounded read-only Microsoft functionality. It uses the owner's provider accounts and API credentials. The public website neither starts those sessions nor accesses its mailbox, calendar, private caches or jobs.

The local application is a personal prototype, not a public customer service. Requested API work can incur provider usage charges. A browser or server closing does not by itself prove that a remote session has ended; the local application provides cancellation and recovery controls.

5. Proposed plugin membership

The homepage's £10 monthly membership is a proposal, not an activated offer. There is no purchase, renewal, cancellation charge or subscriber login on this website. Final allowance, tax presentation, support and payment terms will be provided before any paid release.

The proposed plugin relies on the customer's ChatGPT or Codex host for surrounding reasoning, under that host's own eligibility and limits. It does not fall back to the owner's OpenAI API key. Owner-funded voice and Agents sessions are not included in the proposed membership.

Customer Microsoft access, automatic quarantine or sending, provider sharing-permission inspection and background privacy alerts are not implemented in the plugin. A prepared schedule or configuration is not evidence that an unattended review or notification succeeded.

6. Privacy, enquiries and complaints

The privacy notice explains current website processing, the public contact route and the separate local owner application. It identifies the limits of verified provider retention and international-processing information.
